Provide materials you are authorized to use. Public case-study permission will be separate from the permission needed to produce your film. Voice cloning is excluded from the first version.
Production follows the approved script. Base service includes one reasonable revision. Major story changes, delivery schedules and any additional charges must be agreed.
The final cancellation and refund policy is under review. No payment is accepted during prelaunch. If Mini materials or a request cannot be accepted after payment, the planned process is to stop production and handle a refund.
